For OEM projects, process as
follows:
- Estimating as per customer’s drawings
and/or samples (Design for customer if no drawing and
samples be supplied);
- Inspecting customer's drawings and
/or samples by research & development staff before
drawing production CAD drawings/ image drawings, and
send them to customer for confirmation.
- Producing pre-production sample/prototype
for customer.
- Starting mass production after customer’s
approval of sample/prototype
- Semi-products inspection and finished
product inspection in mass production.Make sure there
is not any unqualified raw material, semi-finished product
and finished product flow into the next procedure and not
ship to our customers until clear off all defects.
